The MTC is over and I am probably going somewhere! (still don't know where though)

 Ola, meu amigos.

Remember last week when I said I didn't have any travel plans yet? Well, I still don't. Every other missionary in my district has a plane ticket leaving in the next 4 days. And I still have nothing. So travel is still a mystery and unfortunately, the soonest I can find where I am going is Monday. I don't know what I will be doing this next week but I don't have any planned classes.

Honestly, this week wasn't anything too crazy, it may have been my last week but it was still packed with learning. The only major difference was that on Thursday almost half our class time was eaten by end of the MTC surveys and meetings for our teachers. Friday was pretty special too. Our morning teacher set aside special time for answering our questions directly and in English (which I was grateful for). This teacher was our substitute for a week but still gave an impactful finish. Our other teacher focused the entire three hours on reviewing what we had learned. She also made this drawing for us. Each of the faces represents one of us from the district (I am the one on the left middle).

All in all the Online MTC was a complex experience. I hated being in online classes all day and definitely could've learned more in person. But, being at home gave me many unique experiences and allowed me to help my family in many ways. At home, I knew I was a missionary but never really felt like one. I wasn't at the MTC with 100s of other missionaries all going through classes, study, and more. I was just at home going to online classes and occasionally teaching or serving. It was still a great experience it just felt like less than it could've been. But, I can't change the past, and serving a mission is still a great opportunity no matter what form it takes. The next leg of this adventure is beginning and I can't wait to find out what's in store (because I still don't know).
